Well I managed to slip and fall off the top of my 5 car trailer. It was a nice 6 and a half drop to blacktop.

I felt fine afterwards. So i finished loading and went home. Went to get in my car and was in instant pain. So i went to the hospital. After a few xrays and diagnosing Ive got a few bone and muscle bruises. Along with a fracture in my right arm. It took the brunt of the fall along with protecting my head.

Anyway, on a less sad note. Ive managed to find an app for my phone to control the tv in my hospital room. Been using it to watch hbo on demand. It was a deleted channel I readded.

My nurse is fine with it as long as i undo anything i did. Which was just adding hbo and hbo on demand. Both of which are channels on the guide but deleted from the channels the bed can access.

If this tv could do internet, id let my phones battery relax.

Just enjoying the ability to use technology to beat a hospitals basic tv. Although im sure someone else has done it. Back to laying here until tomorrow and maybe theyll let me go home.

TLDR -I derped and fell off my work trailer. Ok other than minor injuries. Using app off my phone to control my hospital room tv.

I remember when I got my HTC One M7 and learned that I could use the remote control feature to change the channels on the TVs in the high school lunch room. Cartoons > CNN or Fox News.

Yea I was bored and took me a while to find an app. For the brand of tv here in the room. Never heard of a PDI TV until I saw this one. Its some brand specifically made for hospitals.

Funny thing is its made 20 minutes away from the hospital im in too.

Damn, and you just recovered from a car crash, didn’t you? That sucks. Glad you’re okay. Could have been a lot worse.

PS: an Apple remote can control any Apple product in the area. You can have some serious fun with that.

Yep. Car crash, this.

I think some of it was my fault. I normally hold onto something like a roof rack, mirror, window, wiper or just whatever i can. This one i was in a hurry and wanted the day to be over.

Im at a base hospital. So the apple stuff isnt the cheap they buy. The only apple stuff i ever see is what the employees have.

Im on an old school verizon unlimited data plan. So i have to buy my phone outright to keep my data plan.

So i dont upgrade my phone that much. It usually gets broken or old and I want some new phone and get it.

Had this g3 since launch. Now they have the g5 out now lol. Been looking at the g5 or the note 6.
